Customer Reviews
Super easy self-retention refund!
Unlike some other car rental sites where the refund process for the excess can be a real headache, Sunny Cars made it incredibly straightforward. I booked a Mietwagen mit Unterbodenschutz for my trip and was glad I did. I had a minor scrape, and getting my $23.40 back was much quicker than I expected after dealing with Hertz last year.
great for mietwagen mit GPS
grabbed a mietwagen mit GPS for our trip. the promo code worked fine at payment. it was 27% off the usual price. good to know glas- und reifenschäden are covered too, made it easier than dealing with Europcar or Sixt.
mostly good, one tiny hiccup
booked an Elektro-Mietwagen with Sunny Cars last month for our trip and everything was pretty smooth. the Rundum-Sorglos-Mietwagen package really put my mind at ease, especially after hearing horror stories from friends using other companies. i found a promo code on a deals site too, got about 15% off which was nice. the car itself was great and pickup was easy, but getting the exact info on what happens with a flight delay took a bit longer to find on their site than i would have liked. still, solid experience overall and i'd use them again for sure!
Great value, clear pricing
I was checking out options for a Mietwagen mit Winterausrüstung and found Sunny Cars offered a pretty good deal compared to Sixt or Europcar. What really sold me was their transparent pricing; the 'all-inclusive' really means it, so no hidden fees later on. I used a promo code I found online during the payment step and saved around $23.40, which was a nice bonus. Getting a Kleinwagen for my trip was just what I needed, and the process was straightforward. You do need a credit card for the booking, which is standard, but good to know upfront.
Good value, minor issue
I rented a Mittelklasse Mietwagen for a week in Germany. The Rundum-Sorglos-Paket was great, covered everything, and the price was decent compared to others. Pickup at the airport was a bit slow, waited about 20 minutes, but the car itself was clean and drove well. Customer service was helpful when I called about adding a second driver. Overall, a solid experience and good value.
Easy booking, great car!
Sunny Cars was amazing! I got a Kompaktklasse Mietwagen for my holiday trip. Booking was super easy, everything included, no hidden fees which I totally loved. I will definitely use them again for my next vacation, and tell all my friends too!
